What a cute store!! We live super close and were walking by today when I decided to pop in to see…read moreif they sell our dogs' brand of food for future reference. It's in a strip mall, and the signage is nothing special, so when I walked in, I was quite surprised! It had hardwood floors and goes further back than it looks, quite a large space for a small town pet store. It was super clean and well-arranged with a modern ambiance. They offer a large variety of pet foods. I didn't think they would have our brand, but they did AND in a variety of flavors! The food was about $5-6 more expensive than Petsmart for a 25 lb. bag, which didn't bother me since I would spend that much in gas and depreciation to go to Petsmart anyways. It's worth the convenience. They also had cute doggie treats (even cake pops and birthday bones!), toys, the SOFTEST beds (Quiet Time is my new fav brand!), and other high quality items related to dog care in any form. They had a lot for cats and maybe other animals as well, but we were clearly focused on dog items. :) I will definitely go back when I need stuff for my dogs. Always price check to see if it's worth it to you as well as the selection. For me, it's perfect!

Jim is very knowledgeable about dog breeds and will steer you to the right product that's custom tailored to your pet. I can not say enough nice things about the store, the variety and types of products and the knowledgeable staff. It's the WholeFoods of PetFoods!! Highly recommend it.

I'm very disappointed with my experience purchasing a snake from this store. I purchased a snake…read moreand was not informed that it had snake mites. About three weeks after the purchase, I discovered the mites and contacted the store. When I called, they admitted that the snakes had been dealing with snake mites and explained that the issue was related to having over 100 snakes in their care. My biggest concern is that I was never informed about the mites when I purchased the snake. They had me buy prevent a mite for my enclosure but made it seem like it was actually to prevent them from ever happening not buying it because it's already a current issue. Buying a reptile is a responsibility, and customers should be made aware of any known health or parasite issues before bringing an animal home. I hope the store takes this situation more seriously and does a better job of informing customers about health concerns in the future.

This place is dirty, your employees are eating at the check out. Just a sloppy dirty place. There was a dog in the back room near the wash station barking frantically the day we we were there. I will gladly drive somewhere else for a cleaner environment. Oh, and not to mention, I will never buy my dogs raw food or Open farm kibble here because it's so much more expensive than where I currently buy it. I don't see them staying open in Qtown much longer. A newer pet store boutique will come along and offer so much more. No pride in ownership is very clearly going on here

We were so anxious and worried about putting our dog Red in any camp…read more We went on vacation to Tenerife, Spain for 2 weeks last year. It was the first time since Red was a puppy that we put him in a kennel. 6 days into the first week, we get a call from the kennel saying that Red was viciously attacked by another dog in the kennel. Long story short.. the kennel took the best care of Red as far as the vet, surgery and everything else. Needless to say, we weren't going back there again. When we found Bedminster Canine Kamp, we started taking Red every Monday, just to get him used to other dogs again. They are so awesome with him, and he absolutely loves going. Plus he's back to his old self again. We went away a few weeks ago, for 1 week; just to see how he does at "Kamp" and they say he did fantastic!! I highly recommend Bedminster Canine Kamp to anyone who has any anxiety about putting their dog in a kennel, while on vacation; or just for a day of complete fun for your dog!
