I still can't recommend Dogney Dangerfield enough! For 8 years Michelle has taken care of my two cats and I am so thankful after every trip. I love that even after so many visits she still sends updates & fun pictures. She actually cares about your pet and not only will they be well fed & comfortable but also socialized and loved while you are gone!

Our pittie Oscar has been with Michelle on pack hikes for the last year and a half! Michelle is seriously skilled at what she does, and we loved seeing Oscar in a structured play setting, where he could both have some freedom within strict boundaries. We also appreciate Michelle's flexibility and kindness on cancellations and changes -- she's a wonderful human being & we will miss working with her. We've kept Oscar in the hikes as long as we possibly could; but have finally had to pull him because he is arthritic & moving into his couch potato stage (pictured here).

We adopted/rescued our boy, Arlo, during the pandemic and we feel like the luckiest parents in the world to have found such a beautiful pup! We adore him more than words can express and so naturally we wanted to find someone we trusted to take care of him as we returned to work. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Michelle and would wholeheartedly recommend her to take good care of your fur baby. Since Arlo is a pandemic pup, socialization with people and other dogs was a challenge, and we were worried that having someone come to our house to take him out would be difficult. Arlo is also a pit bull, which creates its own set of difficulties in finding someone who is willing to include him in their pack. We had interviewed other dog walkers prior to Michelle, all of whom were either hesitant or were just not a good fit. During our first meeting, Arlo immediately felt comfortable with her - something we hadn't experienced with anyone to that point. She even brought her dog, Darnell, along for the meeting and the two boys became instant friends! We recently went on our first vacation in a few years, and we were very nervous about leaving Arlo for the first time. He's gotten so comfortable with Michelle and her dogs that our concerns were immediately alleviated with numerous pics and FaceTime calls showing exhausted pups sleeping side by side after eventful days. She's wonderfully kind, reliable, and an amazing dog whisperer! We have to add that she keeps us laughing with her videos/pics and her captions that she sends to us of Arlo on his outings. Michelle really cares about what she does and she cares immensely for her dogs. We were the luckiest people in the world when we adopted Arlo, but are equally lucky to have found someone like Michelle to be a part of our family over the last year and moving forward.

I highly recommend Michelle for your dog care needs! Our 12 yr old mastiff - ridgeback, Henry, is rather particular but he turns into a puddle when Michelle shows up. I appreciate that she knows how to read his queues and takes special care with her dogs when on the trail, generally keeping them on long leads. And she's good with humans too! We have worked with a number of care givers over the years and Michelle is at the top. She communicates well about schedules, was flexible on days of the week and is fun - sending pics of the dogs on walks. It's always fun to get a glimpse of Henry hanging with his pack.

One of the cute pics Michelle sent me with Felix and his squad!

If you're looking for a caring, amazing, and trustworthy dog walker, look no further!! Michelle has been taking my pup, Felix, for pack hikes for a few months now and has also boarded him when I was traveling for a few days. Michelle has been so amazing with helping us socialize Felix more, especially after the lockdowns from the pandemic. He's always been a shy boy but I have seen him open up so much with other dogs since we met Michelle - he gets super excited when he jumps into her car and sees all the other dogs that are also going on the hike with him! He has separation anxiety but I honestly don't think he misses me when he's with Michelle - he's having so much fun!! Michelle - I can't thank you enough for all you do!! I don't trust many people to take care of Felix but I know I can trust you 100% that you'll treat him like your own! :) I'm so grateful to have met you!

Michelle is seriously the BEST you can hope for in dog care. She truly cares and goes above and beyond for the dogs. My dog Della and I are attached at the hip, so it's no small thing for me to leave her in someone else's hands. But I would trust Michelle 100% to take care of my dog any time. I've been dealing with chronic pain and so I haven't been able to walk Della myself as much as she needs. Michelle was a life-saver, coming through to help not only with that but also offering more help when I was moving and when my cat died, which she was not at all under any obligation to do so. That was super sweet and I was really touched. She also does a lot for local rescues, shelters, and other causes, so she's just a really valuable person to have in the community. She's also phenomenal when it comes to figuring out dogs' needs and working with them on behavioral issues. Della's a bully breed and a rescue dog with a mystery past. So even though she's super sweet and loving, she's not always attentive and she can sometimes be a bit much for people to handle. But Michelle was totally unfazed from the second she met Della. She tuned into her personality right away and I felt completely assured that my pup was in good hands. I LOVE seeing the pics and videos of Della out on pack hikes, having so much fun but also being completely under Michelle's control. It's soo helpful to not have to worry about how she's behaving, if she's being properly cared for, or any other concerns that can come with leaving her in someone else's care. Michelle really just "gets" my dog, and it's awesome when you see somebody understand your dog's quirks and everything, just like you do. If you have any doubts at all, I can assure you that it's absolutely worth it to have Michelle around as someone who's reliable, communicative, and truly dedicated to the wellbeing of dogs, especially those in her care. I'm so thankful for Dogney Dangerfield!
