I tell them (mid-size dog) and then another Employee tells me I'll have to come back between 2pm & 7pm. This is the first time that I've ever been asked my dog's weight and this the first ever that I've been told to come back. I've been taking my dog to this location for around 7 years and when I go my dog's nails get down when I'm there. The 3 Employee's looked lost so maybe it was better that they didn't do my dog's nails. I will be looking for another place now to get my dog's nails down and I'll never recommend PetSmart to anyone going forward based on this today.

You did not handle the situation correctly. I was told on the phone that his DuClaw was already hanging on and scabbing, after dropping him off. This was not true. The injury occurred in your Salon, now two times, from being crated. I check Charlie regularly, to say we neglect him is rude. Just because we get him groomed every 4 months you're going to hold that against us? We're locals, and your salon is overbooked in the summer. Thus, we've had to use other groomers from time to time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by your desk attendant and asked about the injury and she barely could answer me. She just got up and said let me get Beth. Who then came out from the back with an arrogant attitude. I could immediately tell she knew they were in the wrong and that she wasn't going to own up to their mistake. So I paid and left without incident. I was never looking for a free service, just a quality one. I'm in customer service, and I treat people with respect, that is not what you get at the Pet Salon. Upon arrival they showed our dog love and were able to put him in a pen with a group of other playful pups. I checked up on him mid way through his stay and he was having so much fun he didn't even show signs of separation anxiety which let me know he was being treated well.
