(She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal... She also came to my home to take care of our two cats, going above and beyond with them as well. She washed their bowls every time, and cleaned the litter box (inside and around)!! Marina was nice enough to drop Aubrey off at our house to ensure she would be home right when we arrived. I was so pleased that I chose to use her again, a few days later, just for a long weekend. Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care.
