I spoke to the Chef who told me it is sort of a weekly rotation but he isn't strict about the timeframe. When I had heard about the sandwich a few weeks ago it was Harissa Chicken on a bagel. Today it was smoked brisket on a Kaiser roll. The brisket was delicious and I loved the slaw on top. It's a bit sloppy so get ready with napkins!! Really yummy.

So now this bartender gave himself over $140 of tip on my tip between the forced 21% they originally gave then added the additional tip. We immediately called the next day ask asked to speak with the manager the hostess said she would get him to call us back, gave name and number and told the situation. They didn't call us back.
