My dog, Keyvan, a rather high needs Tibetan Mastiff/German Shepherd and I have been happily utilizing Tim's services for over 2 years. Tim has walked my dog, socialized with my dog, played with my dog, loved my dog for 2-3 days/week. In addition, Tim has provided room/board/exercise/love during long stays (2-14 days) at his home and has gone above and beyond to insightfully help me to solve challenges I've had with adequately meeting my dog's needs. GREAT COMPANY! I had an excellent boarding experience with Tim and Dog Gone Walkers. Our rescue dog has never been boarded before so we were nervous about a traditional boarding place that uses crates and kennels, and were looking for an alternative option. Dog Gone Walkers fit our needs perfectly - our dog is extremely high-energy and the all-day daycare and playtime with other dogs was great. She also gets nervous being crated at night, so being able to sleep on Tim's couch and dog beds was much more comfortable for her. It was also a great experience for us humans - Tim was very responsive, sending us text and even picture updates throughout the weekend. We really appreciated the flexible drop off times and late pick up options. And, to top it off, the prices are very reasonable. We will DEFINITELY be using Dog Gone Walkers the next time we go out of town! I have only great things to say! read more

Before Tim started his business, we thought we'd never be able to consider having someone come into the house to care for our two GSDs. They are both rescues and have rather special needs, and Tim has approached them with patience and genuine caring. He is especially good with breeds that others might be afraid of, and sincerely loves them. Tim has also come through for us in emergencies when our dogs were sick and in need of unscheduled check-ins and potty breaks, and when we had to go out of town and a previous pet-sitter unexpectedly cancelled. When introducing them to new staff, Tim takes the time and care our dogs need around new people. Tim and his staff take them on the long walks they need, and spend additional time playing and giving them attention to tire them out. Most importantly, our dogs love and trust them. read more

I traveled to Madison for a wedding I was in and for some reason my usually very quiet dog was barking each time I left her in the hotel room. I had to find somewhere to take her ASAP overnight before having to go for the wedding and Tim was extremely responsive and took my dog right after I called. She is a small dog, so I was worried about the bigger dogs, but he gave her her own area to start and then by the end of the stay she was playing with the entire pack. I was so relieved to find someone I could trust to take her. She was so happy when I picked her up having played the entire time with all the other dogs in their big backyard. He was also very attentive to giving her the raw food she normally eats. Highly recommend!! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this doggy daycare/dog walking service! The owner's backyard is massive and secure, great for the dogs to run wild with one another. He takes wonderful care of the dogs and is so welcoming and friendly when we bring ours by. So nice to bring our pup to a daycare where dogs aren't locked in a kennel all day. They truly get to roam throughout the yard, go inside for a nap, or hang in the owner's neat gazebo area. Great pricing and definitely worth every penny!! read more

Great Place for any dog! My Dog just got diagnosed with Cancer, and Tim did such an excellent job with him, and Louie was welcomed with open arms! This place has a ton of room and it's like a Dog Vacation spot with out the huge cost of other places. I no longer bring my dogs to any other day care. My dogs have never been happier. When I come to get them after work they aren't as excited as they usually are to see me because they LOVE it there so much. They sleep the rest of the night and most of the next day.
