They have labeled my 12 year old dog as hard to handle and charge $10 more and on top of that, this last haircut was awful. She has long strands all over and her feet look chopped up. They should have took off money instead of an extra charge. My dog seemed extremely tired and was very shaky. Unlike, how she has been at other visits. I'm not saying they gave or sprayed anything on her but she wasn't herself. However I do not recommend this location. I hesitated to bring her back after the last few grooming hoping to find a decent grooming on the list. Nope it just got worse. Never again at the Lufkin location.

I told the gentleman I was on my way and was driving one hour to get it to please hold it for me. He told me no problem, I gave him my name and headed up there. When I got there and asked for the turtle they informed me that they can't hold anything and they sold him. So a wasted an hour to be lied too! I then had to drive 2 additional hour out of the way to PETCO that held a turtle for me "considering I was driving so far away" The turtle was for my 3 year old best friends son's birthday, that has begged for a turtle since he could talk. Way to have great customer service PetSmart! my Family nor I was be visiting a PetSmart again.

Despite this, when I arrived after driving all the way from Florida over the holiday, they claimed they had no information at all on my second dog--even though I submitted everything together. On top of that, they told me one of the vaccinations was "outdated," but this was due to a simple clerical error from our vet (who had seen both dogs right before our trip). What frustrated me most is that Dollywood never reviewed the records or contacted me beforehand to clarify anything. If they had actually looked at the documents they requested, I could have had the vet correct it easily before our visit. Instead, after weeks of planning and hours of driving, I was left dealing with an issue that should have been addressed well before we arrived. Incredibly frustrating and very unprofessional on Doggywood's part. I will not be using their services again.
