She watches the dogs behavior when they play so they do not get too rough with each other. She is an expert in interpreting dogs behavior. She also trains the dogs in groups as seen below. April and Scott and their pup, Smidge are fantastic and treat our boys like family. Smidge is the most welcoming and gracious pup I've ever met and she makes all new comers feel welcome immediately (our boy, Joey, has a major crush on her!). During their stay, we get lots of updates which we love because we miss them terribly when we travel. The Sullivans are very professional but also very warm and kind.
