He's also really helpful with planning day trips and suggesting things to do. The pub is great place to have a night cap and meet travellers as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I would 100% stay here again.

Good beer on tap (tribute), roaring log fire. Its got it all. Excellent attentive service, friendly folks. You can even pick up a pair of slippers at the door! The Pub has been very nicely done, decorated in a modern but classic style which feels comfortable, clean, warm and inviting. The owner Pascal and staff are all so helpful and friendly. Great care and attention is taken to make sure each patron has a good experience. And then there's the food!!! YUM!! Seasons to absolute perfection. I had the steak and my husband had the chicken roast. I don't think we said a word between us... the food was SO GOOD we fell silent and just ate!! It's a little tricky to get to, narrow country roads, etc, but we'll worth it. If you wanting to eat I would advise booking and this place gets busy from the second it opens.
