i began this service in April 2024. first noticed that they did not do the pest control service…read moreevery 2 months. the time was extended by a couple of weeks --- which is not every 2,2j. I hey touted that they were short on technicians. that is a business issue...not a Customer issue. and why are you over charging me if you are going every 3 months? Then in October 2025, the technician sprayed my flowerbeds and on my porch. That was a mess. i had just cleaned everything, bird feeders, porch, dogs toys and had to clean everything again (difficult for me due health h issues). they sent someone out but I had to begin cleaning immediately as I did not want it to kill my dog, the birds, the butterflies, or the bees. unfortunately ut was too late on bees and butterflies (flowers were planted specifically to attract them. they acted like it was no big deal..no compensation at all. It took me hours to clean up their mess. citing the guy was new....your business issues are your problem. They should have sprayed again in Dec 2025 and Feb 2026 but did no spraying . The Termite check took place on Feb 21 2026. it shoyld have taken place in Dec 2025---which would have been 1 year but this was 14 months.. No spray service til March (5 months)...and I had to call bc they raised their rates without notice. had to call on that. I will be stopping AutoPay and probably getting a new company bc if they do not Spray when they are supposed to then they have given themselves a large raise...and from my perspective that is STEALING! how many are they doing this to begs the question!

Two days later, he was back for a home treatment and arrived when stated. He worked efficiently, carefully, and courteously. The work took longer than expected but that's just because he wanted to make sure it was done right He was honest about the extent of the infestation and did not use high pressure upsell tactics.
