I would not post any stars if that was an option. Long…read morestory short, went in for oil change, tire rotation and patch one tire with a screw in it. Patched tire and did not check air in all four. Three had 40 psi and the patch had 32psi. Owner said that's all they put is 32psi...then why didn't they take care of the other three? Skid plate has four screws and to change the oil, only two back screws need to be unbolted , not the whole plate. Whole plate was removed and when put back on, only two back screws was installed and could not align the front for whatever reason so they just left them off and I did not see the skid plate till the next day. Brought it back and the guy knew what he did explained it and what happened is one of the two bolts got sheared off after I left and now the remaining bolt needed to be removed. They gave me my car back and I asked if all four bolts were now in place and the guy said "yes ma'am" little did he know I would look for my self and find that three of the four only put in place and the one sheared off was zip tied and I was lied to. I confronted the owner and he confessed that he the other guy to just replace it with a shorter screw because he didn't have the tool long enough to extract the bolt. So he lied and was going to do a patch job on my vehicle and send me down the road. Do not assume you are in good hands with Brad at his facility as he will only insult your intelligence and think it's okay to lie to you and patch his mistakes and send you down the road.

I had everything shipped to the dealer we purchased the trucks from so it would be there when we flew down from Virginia. I had intended to perform the oil and filter changes myself. The dealer told me about Half Time Oil and Lube Center which was just up the road. Despite not purchasing the oil and filters from them, the owner Brad and his staff were absolutely outstanding in quickly and efficiently performing the oil and filter changes. The owner Brad was a really nice guy and accommodating. I had a tire pressure warning light come on right before I was preparing to leave. Brad immediately resolved the problem with his great staff.
