But then the deserts - basque chocolate cake and a goat milk ice cream with cherries with liqueur. Both deserts were new to us as was our inability to identify the ingredients of the tastes that distinguished these deserts from all mainstream cakes and ice creams. They serve chocolate in many forms and shape especially their famous hot chocolate. I had a wine because it's France. Even the place is empty, they will ask if you have a reservation.
