They took apart my bed and offered to reassemble! My mattress did get a bit damaged on the bottom and a screen door flexi-glass broke. However, they reduced the original quote to pay for those damages and I was very much grateful. During the move it started to rain and they were able to move quickly to get my soft furniture out of truck so it wasn't ruined. In addition, I did pitch in to help and their initial was response was that I definitely didn't need to do that but I felt bad just standing around. Lastly, I had some items I needed to pitch that required a larger dumpster and they took it for me at no additional charge! She left after about 3 hours because she didn't want to be late to the next cleaning appointment. I had to do most of the cleaning myself. The company went back and forth with me for days but ensured me they would not charge me until I agreed to a price for the poor service. However before a suitable resolution was reached, they charged me anyway. Please beware of this company - they don't stand behind their work or their policies about charging clients. I was not able to accept a reclean because the job needed to be done that day before the house was listed which they were aware of. If the work was done right the first time, a reclean wouldn't be needed.
