I was also left with a lot of empty boxes that I had to dispose of. Rachel responded to my inquiry almost immediately and provided a great price and assurance that my job would be handled professionally and with little to no effort on my part. She was also able to book an appointment within just a day or two. The technician arrived exactly on time and was efficient and helpful, providing me with a short description of the procedure and what happens once my documents leave my premises. He loaded up my documents and took any waste with him. There were 30+ boxes and loose material and the whole process took about 20 minutes. Overall I was extremely happy with the process as it couldn't have been easier. I will be sure to call Global Document Services the next time that I need shredding done. Thank You!
