The team is friendly, professional, and the place is very clean. I always start my appointment with time on a tens unit, ice on my neck, heat on my lower back. It's so relaxing, I almost doze off. Dr. Travis then adjusts me, we talk about a treatment plan moving forward, and I leave with a warm cookie in my hand. Yes, you read that right. They have three kinds of freshly baked cookies in the lobby for patients, and they're so yummy! I highly recommend this team for chiropractic healthcare. They're the best.

My husband and I have been going to Dr T for 10 years now - wow, time flies! We lived in Falls…read moreChurch and then moved to DC in 2013 and we still go to Dr T even though there are Doctors closer to us in DC. We like him and his office that much. He is a great doctor and always detailed and complete with us. He is also adapted telehealth appointments which has made things easier. Also, his nursing team is great - if you are scared of needles - don't be at his office as they are all pro's and you barely, if you even do, feel a thing during blood draws and injections! He and his office are all very LGBT friendly and he is very conscientious of LGBT Health. My husband and I appreciate this and are more than comfortable in coming to his office. I would highly recommend Dr. T and his office for members of the LGBTQ+ community. Just recently, he no longer took our insurance and we switched during open enrollment to continue to be his patients. Dr. T is a great primary care physician and I hope that you and your family would consider him for your internal/primary care

This practice used to be good when Dr Joynes was still practicing. I will be switching to Riverside docs. What a fecal matter show Hampton Family Practice has become

Two years ago, he diagnosed me with appendicitis when I thought it was just a stomach ache, and it turned out that he was right, and that it was pretty advanced, and took an extended surgery to fix, which means that he literally saved my life. They are a rather small neighborhood operation, so any special needs or tests will likely have to be done by referral to Riverside or someplace similar. But for regular check-ups and wellness visits, I can't recommend him enough. He has a very friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. Under Dr. Robeson's care, I've always been taken care of. Let's see how this visit turned out. I was able to check in 30 minutes early since I made to drive from Norfolk. Once I was called up, they were able to weight me in (lost 9 pounds since my last visit), give a urine sample (results were good) and have my blood pressure taken (lower than my last visit). Overall, the blood results were good. Dr. Robeson, my primary care, suggested for me to start taking Mounjaro which'll help with weight loss for diabetics (me included). Of course, I'll have to incorporate exercising and changes to eating meals since it'll make myself full fast with increasing doses. So I'll have to see how the process is going this coming November for an appointment. So far, I feel fine using the product. We shall see what happens going forward. Just like that, another great appointment here. They will continue to have me as a patient. Till next time :)
