It does not feel the same way I did the first time. I have been told that I can pick up my injections, four at one time, next week. To complete the contract I paid for. No refunds were offered. The remaining injections can be delivered four weeks later. There were also alternating weekly shots given weekly. A vitamin B combination and fat burner. This is not what I planned for. It's rather stressful and expensive.

Ive been to this urgent care for the 3rd time now and i would say it's the best one in plant…read morecity....but that isnt saying too much because there are only 2 others. (One opens and closes after posted hours and the other is horrendous). The waiting room of this office needs a serious update. It's old and dirty and dingy and my idea of any medical facility is nice and clean. I remember being very put off by the look of the area on my first visit, but when you have slim pickings abd you know you need medicine you give it a chance. The wait here is always long. There are typically only a few people waiting and you are there FOREVER. At my visit yesterday there was no one else in the waiting room when i arrived and the visit still took about an hour. The doctors I have seen, however, are very friendly and seem caring and compasionate. That is the most important part. Each time i have been seen I have been treated properly and everything was explained thouroughly to me. Also the medical assistant that helped me yesterday was sweet as well. I will say this, however.....make sure you know the details of your insurance and how it works. The lady at the front desk tried to overcharge me for my visit. She initially wanted to charge me $90 even though I had met my deductible. She was trying to say the "individual deductible" met was for the cardholder (my husband) and not me. I had to explain that I was the individual who had met the deductible. After a bit of back and forth I was charged $20.

And I really only have 30 lbs that I want to lose. And yes, I've tried intermittent fasting, counting calories, counting carbs, macros, etc. one of the best things about this program is she tells you what you SHOULD eat, not exactly how many calories you are LIMITED to. AND she gives you the most amazing recipes! If you don't want to have to make food from the recipes she gives you (which have all been SO yummy, you can purchase store snacks like cheese sticks & beef jerky, or there is an entire shop full of meal & snack options for purchase. I'm kind of cheap, so my best friend and I food prep together once a week, and it's great! My favorite meals are jalapeño poppers, white bean chicken chili (great in instant pot or crock pot!), and chia pudding. Oh, and there is this recipe with flank/skirt steak that is AMAZING! Can't think of the name right now. More on what I know about the program - she's a Nurse Practitioner, so she is able to prescribe the injectable medications for people if necessary, and she said your insurance might cover it if you meet the insurance's criteria. But if you want to do it with just the program, it's TOTALLY doable! I kind of think of it like Weight Watchers, but all of the work is done for you! No counting/limiting your calories. Only making sure you eat every two hours, drink water, and watch the scale go down! Ok, clearly I'm not a Cliff's Notes writer. More like an encyclopedia writer.
