Nearly a year later, when we began using the bathroom, I noticed chipping in the tub, which had never been used. I emailed the company multiple times (Oct 21, 27, and Nov 3, 2025) about the warranty, but my emails were ignored and promised calls were never returned. I also posted a factual Google review about my experience. The company's public reply contradicted private emails -- they claimed to "welcome me to call," yet privately said they would not fix the issue because of my review. This, along with their false accusations about a small pink wall spot I offered to pay to have touched up, made me feel dismissed and misrepresented. Documentation shows the window near that wall was installed in 2022, well before their work. The advertised warranty has not been honored. Their communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. Due to past aggressive behavior, I do not feel safe having anyone from the company come to my home. All communication should be in writing. I cannot recommend Artistic Refinishing. While the initial work looked acceptable, their lack of professionalism, accountability, and honesty -- including misleading public responses -- is concerning. Prospective customers should exercise caution.
