My sister lives in Mobile and I wanted to throw her a surprise birthday party to show her how much she is loved. I filled out a form on a website for five different vendors. The first one to reach out to me was Doctor D. He asked questions and helped to form a vision for the party. Not only was he providing DJ services, but the venue, and if I wanted catering and a photo booth. He is a one stop shop!
I spoke with other venues and DJs and everyone seemed less personable. They wanted my business but didn't really want to spend any time answering my questions. Instead they were pushing me off saying they would send info in emails or that information was on their website. If you want my money, I want to be able to speak with you. Just my personal policy.
Doctor D called every couple of weeks to check in prior to the party. When we arrived at the venue the table cloths, gold sashes, and center pieces were already set up. We added our personalized pictured banners, balloons, etc.
During the event Doctor D was the DJ, hype man, dance instructor, and comedian. We had a great time and my sister could not have been happier. We ate, we laughed, we danced and everyone enjoyed themselves.
