Carlos Ramírez repaired an old Chippendale camel-back sofa whose solid hard woodbase had collapsed. I had purchased the antique sofa 40+ years ago at an auction in Miami. I wanted to save it. The work required was a combination of carpentry, upholstery & furniture restoration (removing & reinstalling all the springs). Carlos Ramírez responded to my email promptly. He was able to assess the work through a number of detailed photographs I sent (where I tried to explain what was wrong with the sofa.) Within 24 hours after submitting my request, we agreed to have the work done in my home. The work was completed as promised on time.
