I mean..honestly the wait is rarely long (rarely, very occasionally there has been a long wait but of my visits 90 percent have involved a very short wait time.) Their office is pleasant and seems clean. The ladies at the front desk are warn and have a great sense of humor! And I have loved all the doctors I have seen here. They were "open" until 5pm but stopped taking walk-ins at 1pm (hello, I thought this was a walk-in clinic). When I was told they couldn't see me, I showed the woman my bloody, bandaged hand and said (with blood literally dripping down my arm), "I'm bleeding all over the place. You're telling me you're unable to have someone see me, even though you don't close until 5:00 and I have to go to the ER-- REALLY?" And her response was, "really!" Given Covid as it is at this moment (& I'm fully vaccinated), I wasn't about to set foot in an ER. Fingers crossed that the slice wasn't so deep that I needed stitches and that I was able to "fix" it myself (I'm not in the medical profession). If you aren't taking walk-ins beyond a specific time, SAY SO!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

I usually don't mind waiting, I'm understanding but as I'm waiting in the room I hear him complaining to staff about how people expect to be seen in 1 minute of being here. They had a several minute conversation about this. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he'll spend good quality time with his patients and that's why it takes so long. Nope. When he came into the room, he was very dismissive, talked over me, started to listen to my lungs when i was in the middle of telling him my symptoms telling me to breath in, so completely interupting me. Then when he goes to look into my ears he does not even use a speculum tip, not only is this disgusting and not sanitary, but also you can't see anything without the speculum tip!! Then he said he would send my antibiotic for strep throat and he never sent it, I went to pick it up the next day and he never sent it. When I called to ask them to send it, I waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and the office never picked up. Unbelievable.
