It shows the people who are trying to get in to the speakeasy and their reactions when the door opens. As well as beers delivered to our table that we did not order. Our ticket was apparently lost in the rush, resulting in over an hour wait for food. When it finally arrived, most of it was cold. The waitress did her best throughout the experience and even called the owner to request a discount due to the poor service. Unfortunately, the manager never visited our table. We received about $40 off the bill, one round of drinks was comped, and we were given free dessert (which appeared to be an extra scoop of ice cream worth about a dollar). Overall, the steak was good, but the sides were cold. The paella should be removed from the menu and replaced with Rice-A-Roni and shrimp. That's not an exaggeration--Zatarain's boxed jambalaya would have been a significant upgrade. I won't ever return and won't recommend it to anyone visiting. Pretty lenient given I worked in the service industry for 4 years but it was really rough.
