I've been a member for months and came in the day after my birthday hoping they would honor their birthday offer. Unfortunately they would not flex, and even when asked to make an exception because it was one day late, the manager refused. I've been a member at a number of other dispensaries and their birthday policy has always allowed at least a week for redemption. One even had the whole month of a birthday to collect rewards. I understand companies have policies they adhere to, but when a customer asks for something as small as honoring a membership perk a day later, it seems like the right thing to do from a customer service standpoint would be to honor the single joint birthday gift. I will definitely keep this in mind when doing further business and when it comes time to renew my membership. Overall the staff was friendly and attentive as always and I never have issues with them or pricing, but this kinda just rubbed me the wrong way. I've been going to this place for a year now, never new it existed because the location is hidden. They have the most amazing weed, and great prices for ounces ( 125$). I shopped at TGS for years and I can't even compare Docs with them . The staff is amazing, and very helpful. They package the flower so you can see it and they provide the test results , very transparent way of operating , they don't slip bad weed in a tube only to surprise you when you get home, I love the honesty . I go here on my way home some times to get shatter, it's always pretty busy. Friday it's standing room waiting. Their flower looks good. Just don't like that it's pre bagged. But hey it may be great, I haven't bought flower yet. But the shatter is good, and a variety of price range. Some are $19 out the door some $40. Depends on your pockets!
