She didn't even say my name. She was shaking as she spoke that I made a big mistake and I should come back in October. Why they could not contact me via phone I can't answer. They waited for me to arrive. I made the appt Sept 5. They had 20 days to straighten things out before I drove to the office. This woman was visually upset with me because I was confused about card expiration and my doctor visits. I'm an elder! I just was very confused at why they could not call me before I got there. Santos, behind the desk, was no better. Apparently the nervous woman is his wife. Whatever, the treatment from the front here is far from COMPASSIONATE! The doctors were always great but these owners are condescending. I made a mistake but I sure should not of been treated in this manner. Bottom line, I'll be transferring to a more compassionate clinic. By the way, they are the most expensive clinic out there. Shop around. There are many nicer clinics out there.
