I can't afford to be dropping off video calls so I switched and haven't had a drop since or any performance issues. Kudos to Susan who walked me through the process and provided clear information on how they'd install, big into the driveway, etc. For the yard destroyed folks, I get they messed up but the performance and uptime is still good right? For the wifi folks, it sounds like wifi issues not the line. You need gig support equipment. For the router folks, I just got an eero which is what they recommend. If you get a router that can do network monitoring then Ting should be able to fix it unless the line runs through an apartment burrow of gophers. I know that no one really needs a full gig unless you're running an sweatshop mining crypto, but it's does feel better knowing you have a direct fiber line instead of sharing your connection with half the neighborhood.

Fatima contacted me the night before to confirm the appointment , she and her team showed up 10 minutes early to my scheduled time and we're ready to get to work. She went over the services I requested and checked in with me a few times during the cleaning with questions to ensure they were meeting my needs. Afterwards she sent me pictures of their completed work and she followed up with me later in the day to ensure that I was pleased with their work and to say I was is an understatement! They knocked it all out of the park and I can't speak their praises enough. I have set up bi- weekly cleanings because it was that great! They are responsive, professional, honest, punctual and provide excellent service. If only the leasing office of said former apartment employed the same values... I recently received a final statement showing a charge for pet damage, saying the carpet had an enormous amount of cat urine and pet damage throughout. They shared a pet inspection form from a carpet cleaning service with completely (and I mean completely) false information. It was so unbelievable that I thought they must have confused my unit with another. I contacted Justin at Maid My Day notifying him of what was going on, and that the carpet cleaning company may call him to verify that they cleaned the unit. And even though it wasn't requested, he offered to contact the carpet company to let them know the condition of the unit when they performed the move-out cleaning (which was spotless). Although the situation has only gotten worse with the apartment complex, including being personally threatened by the carpet cleaning company, Justin was very kind to go out of his way to help. Thank you for everything!

Then I asked about a discounted cleaning and they offered $15 off. Which for my size house the cleaning was $350. That's a joke. No way. Who knows if they do a good job cleaning. But I am not interested in working with liars that offer no real customer support or attempts to truly make their mistake right. So glad I took the whole afternoon from work off for nothing.

Great experience! I…read moregot a speeding ticket going 15 over in Wake County. After receiving several letters from lawyers, I decided to call a few and see what my options were and which prices were the best. Of the maybe 4-5 places I called, this firm was the most friendly and personable. Definitely plus that they also had the cheapest price. A couple days after gathering quotes I decided that I would go with Cotten Law Firm. I was able to go online and look up my case number and pay my fees all at once. Once I paid and electronically signed to allow Mr. Cotten to represent me, I was e-mailed a case number for the firm and a receipt. The day before my court date I received an e-mail and phone call from the firm to get more of my personal information to pull my driving record. That was also a pleasant and friendly interaction as well. I was told that Mr. Cotten would e-mail me the results the next day after going to court on my behalf. Around 1:30 on the day of my court date I received an e-mail from Mr. Cotten himself with the results. My ticket was reduced to an "Improper Equipment" charge! My insurance won't be affected and neither will my driving record. Such a relief! Since I paid upfront he also handled the court costs and fines as well. I didn't have to go to court or even to the office at all. There's also an option to pay for his services upfront and then you can handle your court costs within 30 or so days of your court date if you can't afford it all at once, which is great. I would highly recommend this firm and will keep the information in case I need their services in the future. Although I hope I never will again...
