From first reaching out to him to get a bid, he was super responsive and really nice. Since we were getting married on a public beach during such a busy weekend, I was worried about having to coordinate with multiple vendors (videographer, photographer, transportation, et ) in case we needed to change locations at the last minute due to crowds. Stephen assured me that he was really mobile and could easily pack up and switch locations if necessary. Stephen also asked me thoughtful questions leading up to the big day about what songs I liked and what my husband and I are like to make sure that the video was exactly what we wanted. On our wedding day, Stephen showed up right on time and quickly got set up. I am really not sure how he was able to get all the angles he did on our video bc I never even remembered seeing him! I think that's a sign of a professional :) After our wedding, Stephen was so fast in getting us our finished product. Everything arrived exactly as he said it would and the quality was really great. It was kind of windy during the ceremony but the audio was still perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a video of your wedding ceremony to anyone on the fence about it and I would DEFINITELY recommend using Stephen. He is such a talented professional and we really enjoyed working with him.

In truth, I was initially not interested in having a videographer. I was concerned about having a camera following us and our guests around and what that might be like. My concern was totally unwarranted. Stephen makes a point to stay in the background and you hardly notice he is there. But when the video arrived... WOW. My wife, my wife's family, and I were glued to our seats for the entire video. After my father received his copy of the video, he called me excitedly to report that he and my mom had just watched the video two times in a row! It was extremely well done. He captured so many precious moments, large and small, from our day. It is an amazing gift that we will now be able to relive our special day for the rest of our lives. Hire him.

Bryce is methodical in his work -- giving us spreadsheets, handouts and homework. When we first met at the mixer, I could immediately tell that Bryce's experience working with community based organizations and with for-profit companies was going to be a benefit to my agency's needs. His calm and welcoming personality is the final attribute that made me take action and contact him. During our initial meeting, we met all of our goals of the session. Afterwards, on several occasions, he gave in-depth follow-up advice. He provided easy-to-implement tips as well as guidance for new and potential opportunities. I deeply appreciate Bryce's consultation on our outreach materials. I feel more confident in presenting our sponsorship packet and in making a request to companies and individuals for support of our mission. We have several new sponsors so far. I need a professional Design & Marketing provider to help me with my business. Based on the great…read morereview score, and their website, I thought Brick House Media was promising. When I called them, a young guy just answered, "Hello?" How unprofessional! First red flag. I told him I was impressed by their website, but the way he answered the phone was really unprofessional and sends up a red flag; but I'm willing to move past that and inquire about their services. That was his cue to express a modicum of humility and apologize, but no -he just asked how they could help, with a tone that clearly indicated he really didn't care. There was no life in his voice. When I began telling him what I'm interested in, he cut me off and said he's busy with a client. Wow! Obviously all that glitters isn't gold, as this is clearly NOT a professional business -one that would have someone answer calls when they're with a client, or simply not answer the phone, so they can stay focused on their client. Taking away from a client's time (and money) to answer calls is disrespectful and unprofessional. Seeing any further conversation would be wasted on him, I hung up.

I still wonder if I got the right stroller but the decision to work with Matt & Marina is one I will never question. We live in SF but chose 2 Foxes (they are in Santa Cruz) because of the beautiful photos on their website. Our vision for our pregnancy pics was natural/outdoorsy. We knew what we did not want was glamour shot/ posed photos, so we contacted 2 Foxes and they shared our vision of keeping it spontaneous and natural. They were happy to travel to us and they even scouted locations for us (I love them!!). M & M are easy going and kind. Marina is sweet and instantly likeable and Matt is just really funny and laid back. I get weird in front of the camera and it was a fear of mine to take photos but somewhere in between Marina's gentle ways and Matt's silly comments, we actually felt at ease and Matt had us laughing which always makes for sweet candid photos. We have the finished products/ photos up around our home and people instantly respond to them and remark how much they love the photos.
