There are not enough kind words to say about Berta! She was truly a god-send, and her years of…read moreexperience were obvious from day 1. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect. But Berta met all of our hopes and then some. She was professional, kind, and honest throughout the entire process. She made sure that we were well-informed, and gave us more information than we knew we needed (which saved us from costly mistakes). She was able to recommend some amazing resources that truly saved us money in the long run. And she was there to give us honest advice every step of the way. When we found our dream home, she was there with us through everything - from viewing to closing. We were able to close in under 30 days because of her tireless work. Weeks after we moved in, we still received calls from Berta to make sure everything was working out. If you're looking for a realtor who will fight for YOUR best interest, she's it. She made a very stressful process feel easy. Our first home buying experience was a joy because of her. We would happily recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Even though they work on an hourly rate they worked efficiently. John and Mark were able to get all of our furniture in a small storage space without any issues. Most importantly, there were NO HIDDEN FEES! We paid the price we were quoted, which hardly ever happens with moving companies. Make sure to have cash, they told us in advance that there is an additional fee for using a card (5%). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they came late without calling and did not acknowledge that they were late. They were supposed to come between 1-2p. We called José Amado at 2p because no one reached out to us. He said he would call us back and never did. We were planning to make other arrangements when the movers showed up at 4:00. But even though they could work on customer service, they did such a great job and was honest about they pricing that they deserve 4stars.

I had known Aaron at AO Mechanical from a separate A/C issue he fixed for me several years back. He was just as quick and efficient this time as he was a few years back. He took pictures of the broken piece(s) on my unit to show me, gave me options, and even came back several times within hours when additional repairs were needed. While the unit was being worked on, he also brought in a portable A/C unit so patients could continue to come in. In the end he took a very difficult job and made it seem a lot easier than it was, AND saved me a bunch of money at the same time.
