Avocado toast with cherry tomato, avocado toast with poached egg, and empanada trio

Stopped in a few times while we were in La Paz for a working vacation. Their lattes were delicious, and the food was tasty. Over the course of our visits, we tried the avocado toast with cherries, the avocado toast with poached eggs, the empanada trio, and a cinnamon roll. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well executed. We worked out of the cafe alongside many others - Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice coffee shop with delicious eats.

Flat white with Origen

This place is a definite 5 star for their coffees. We had their flat white and cappuccino with the Origen bean and they were on point. Best coffees we've had in La Paz. Their food and pastry game is a bit weak though so just be warned. Both the muffin and turnover we had were dry. The avocado toast with bacon had no flavor (herbs, salt... lime spritz anything could have helped) but also they take one piece of bacon and tear it in half and put it on the two eggs and toast. We'll be back for the coffee.

Best cortado ever and yummy mollettes. Service /food was rather slow - only thing keeping this from a 5 so go with time!

I loved their pastries and quiche. I went two days in a row and both times loved the coffee and food fare.

I met Don Julio here!!! Just kidding. I asked our server his name at the same time he was talking…read moreabout tequila. I caught my breath and put my hand over my chest "Your name is Don Julio?" We all fell out laughing. Keep in mind this is an Italian restaurant/steakhouse. The bread they serve is to die for. We ordered the beef carpaccio (thin slices of beef topped with olives, capers, and Parmesan cheese) and Palermo salad to start with. Very good. My boyfriend got the T bone and I ordered Chicken Marsala. I thought the steak was superb. My Chicken Marsala was phenomenal. It came with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. I don't normally eat all of my meal (portion control and I like to have leftovers), but I cleaned my plate. The service was great. We sat out on the patio and watched the sun set.

The restaurant wasn't crowded so we basically had personal service, and they were on top of everything. We started off with a house mixed greens salad with a balsamic vinaigrette and for dinner we had the 2 Way Shrimp entree (4 with thai sweet chili and 4 a white wine sauce) and N.Y. Steak (with baked potato and grilled vegetables). To go along with that, s Pina Colada and Rum/Coke. To top off the evening, cheesecake and proposal. Overall, a fantastic evening of food, drink, friends and service. Highly recommend you visit when in La Paz.
