I had an appt today at 10:45 am and when I arrived the MA called me back and proceeded to tell me that Dr. Pearson refused to see me because I had been discharged from the practice a year ago. I informed her that I didn't know why and was never informed. she stated it was for "rude behavior" but she really didn't know what that referred to, only that when she asked the doctor if he would see me, he said no. He didn't even come in the room to talk to me about the situation that I have no idea to which they are referring to.... every single time I've been in for my yearly physical I have been offered a job in the office. I've never been rude to the physician or staff. I'm very disappointed and find this to be extremely unprofessional, as I also work in the medical field.

They do a good job of testing throughly, BUT for some reason, they are fearful of pain management!…read moreI understand that pain will never go down to a complete zero, but at least ask the pt what medications have worked and at what dose so the MD and nurses aren't being bothered for pain not being controlled. Pts that are on a regular regimen of pain medication daily, will normally need a higher dose of pain medication to keep it below or at a 5/10. Please listen to your patients and if their vitals are high due to pain, don't discount it. Especially if that pt is also a healthcare worker (I.e. a nurse)

I like how you are informed of what to expect as they determine your case. I found the nurses and doctors to be cordial and well informed. Having a difficult patient was handled skillfully by all. The patient and guest (me) were accommodated as much as possible. I have no complaints. The hospital was fairly quiet and I enjoyed perusing the department Christmas trees that were set up for the holidays. They added a pleasant touch to my visits.

This place was the closest imaging office to the pediatrician (not to mention do not know the are yet). This was on a Friday. We walked in and were immediately checked in and taken back. I figured it would be Monday and we would hear back from the Dr. they said they hadn't received the results. When I called the imaging they said unless it was marked STAT it would be 7-10 days before it was read. Now don't you think this is something a person should be informed of when they walk in to ask if they can be seen? So spoke with the pediatrician and they faxed over a new order marking it STAT. I call back today (Tuesday) and am told "we received the fax and if it was STAT it would have been marked that way to begin with or the Dr would have called. We will get to it when we get to it". So basically a child is supposed to go another week or so in pain because people can't do their job nor can they inform you prior that it will take this long. Also if you do have the pleasure to speak with them on the phone be sure to pay attention to what they say as they hang up because I might just her "F@$k you or Bitch" from the person on the other end.

Got called back pretty fast, but still had to wait in the room for nearly an hour to be seen. Had asked him about updating my vaccines and was told to check Mychart. Go on Mychart and see I need to update 2 of them (I need them for my nursing school requirements). Scheduled my appointment for a week later. Now today. 5/3/25. I arrive about 15 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. Got the paperwork done. Wait 35 minutes and still haven't been called back. Go to front desk and am told they may be running a bit behind. 2:03 and still haven't been called back. Everyone getting called back but me and I'm just here for a shot. Never took this long for a simple shot. Only reason I didn't put one star is because the staff are nice.
