This one is owned by the brother Brenda is on her own now and is almost half the cost of this company. They also had an excuse that it was cheaper last time because someone else in the area had their pumped but when they looked, they hadn't had it pumped so they said they must have unloaded on my property and they had not. So she said it was because of the economy. I'm like I get jumping prices, but that is insane. Brenda is way friendly and does an amazing job for half the cost.

I was not asked what tank size when I called for pricing and scheduling and did not know that there was more than one price dependant on anything. It would be better service if they would quote pricing for the different tank sizes so the customer can know price will vary depending on size rather than just quote a price then charge something completely different. Also, cement cover was not placed on level. Otherwise, service was great. The guys were very nice and polite and seemed to be very thorough. As far as I can tell they did a good job!

I made it clear that our first priority was the trailer pad. It took forever and last year they left saying they were done. When I went to use the faucet, nothing happened. I was informed that there was no water pump to the cistern. I was very frustrated. Two later we just had a water pump installed for an additional $3100. The amount of time and money it takes to get anything done by C Bar J is unrealistic and frustrating.

Then when it actually came time to work Cj & his "crew" were barely ever there & would work half days at best then leave & show back up the next day to work a little then sometimes maybe not. We would be told they were on their way then they'd either be super late or not show at all. Then would just stop returning calls. They never came back to finish the work or install our septic system now I'm left scambling last minute to find other companies that can do the work. They also used my lot as free storage for their excavator & other large equipment with not a care in the world that it was in our way. But had no trouble taking the money for the dirt work but never finishing the job! Do not recommend them for anything
