I finally, after two months of trying got in touch with the manager who tried to appease me with a 5% discount. I insisted on a 20% discount as they are definitely in breach of contract and in order to get that discount the manager wanted me to pay now and leave him a good review... I was bright enough not to do this. I received a new invoice for the 20% discount, however, no call as to when we will receive a working shutter... Run for your life! Do Not Use this company. They are far from professional. Oh and I'm certain you've all realized that hurricane season is over.

The installers were out of Fort Meyers and though overall I was pleased with the quality of their work, they arrived 5 hours late for the after-inspection clean up/ caulking because their schedule was so jammed. I had to wait- I had to call- no one advised me they would be late. The dispatcher was clueless. You would think someone could pick up the phone to return a call but everyone is too busy. Also if you are planning to use MySafe Florida Home, they are absolutely zero help with that. Quite disappointing. I wish I had researched this a bit more and got a locally based company instead.

The windows weren't installed until 08/17/26 (4 months later) and full payment was collected at that time. One of the windows on the truck had broken glass and the workers installed it anyway. It is now 10/20/26 and she is still waiting for the broken glass to be replaced so the final inspection can be performed and the windows sealed/caulked and casings installed. 6 months has gone by and this job was intended to be completed before the height of hurricane season. Hurricane season is soon to be over and the job is not finished. Salesman has a great personality but I don't know how this business gets work.

It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed. Two days went by, we received another phone call. To add another 7000.00 to the final estimate. They had made another error.
