My shirts always come back perfectly clean, crisp, and professionally pressed. The quality is consistently excellent, which is exactly what you want from a dry cleaner you rely on,. Everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly, professional , helpful, and accommodating. They make you feel like a valued customer, and it is clear that they take pride in both their work and the way they treat people. Their weekly pickup and delivery service to my apartment building has been an AMAZING convenience for me. It is reliable, saves me valuable time, and has genuinely improved my quality of life. Not having to make a separate trip every week may sound like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference when you have a busy schedule. They also offer a drop off option for people who can't get there during conventional business hours. Although I have not personally used it, I think it says a great deal about how well they understand their customers. People have busy schedules and want to enjoy their free time,

I am praying that they will find our closing tomorrow as he leaves for school in two days. The owners seem to laugh at my predicament. I will never use this dry cleaner again. They do not seem to take the items that they dry clean seriously. My son said it was purchased just three months ago at Nordstrom. I also have 2 designers sweaters I left! We are shocked and stunned by what has happened.

I took the shirt back in and pointed out how this was new dirt that was not present when I dropped it off. The owner then proceeded to smudge it all over the collar in her attempt to "blow it off" and handed it back to me without apology. I asked if they could reclean it since they were the ones who caused the soiling, to which the owner replied "fine, but next time don't come back". I offered to save her the hassle and just not come back starting from today, since I'll never take my business there again. I find it to be incredibly rude and poor business to talk to customers this way. Instead of years of future business they've ensured that I'll never go back again, and will recommend others to do the same. If you like good customer service, do yourself a favor and use one of the many other cleaners in the area instead.

Awful Experience - Dress Ruined and No Accountability…read more I've been a loyal customer of Spruce Hill Cleaners for about a year, but after what happened this month, I'll never go back. My boyfriend dropped off my $569 dress (purchased at the end of August) to be cleaned after I wore it once. It was only lightly soiled, mostly from sweat under the arms. When we picked it up, I was shocked to find bleached-out spots along the hemline that completely ruined the dress. I brought it back and spoke with the owner, expecting her to take responsibility or at least offer a solution. Instead, she was disrespectful and dismissive, claiming I must have caused the damage myself after leaving the shop. There was no apology, no effort to make things right. After this experience, I will never trust Spruce Hill Cleaners again. If you value your clothes and want to be treated with respect, take your business elsewhere.

The word "Cafe" in the name is slightly misleading. Unless you want to eat laundry cakes (is there…read moresuch a thing?), vending machine coffee or vending machine snacks it is not exactly a cafe. Let's instead focus on laundry. I'm a bachelor. I recently moved to an apartment with no washer or dryer. Although I am adept at doing my own laundry I seldom want to take the time and sit there babysitting my unmentionables while they process though the laundry cycle. If I were inclined to do so I can see that this is a great place to do it. There are an ample number of machines of varying sizes. Depending on just how much laundry you have you can either use small machines and separate your darks from your lights or you can be like me and just toss it all into one industrial sized vat (I pretty much only have darks). Once you're through with the washers there are an equally ample quantity of dryers. The way it works is, for each washer you pay for you automatically get a certain number of free minutes in the dryers. The larger the washer to longer you get with the dryers. The room is cheerful, smells good and is well lit. The signage is clear so even a laundromat novice such as myself can figure stuff out reasonably easily. That said, I rarely use any of the above. I prefer the wash and fold service. I walk in with a bag of dirty laundry and meet an always cheerful laundry specialist at the front desk. I throw my bag onto a scale and they charge $.99/pound. A few hours later, I return to collect a bag of clean and folded laundry. I've been using them pretty much since they opened and consistently I have been thrilled to take my bag home and find everything nicely folded and smelling fresh. I'm not sure it qualifies as a complaint but if I were to get nitpicky I might observe that although they always match my socks they do not pair them.
