We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed.
