Not even a phone call, just a letter, sorry, we are too busy to help loyal clients. If they were planning on dropping clients they should have said something after they screwed up last year. It really makes me worry what shady stuff happened and if my prior years were legit or messed up. Definitely a poor handling all the way around. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one earned less than one star. To not be notified until December that instead of getting a tax prep packet to get a "You have been dropped and need to find a new place is a slap in the face. And there was only one person that called back one time ever, even when calling the main line. Way to take care of a long time client, and drop my entire family. If you were going to drop us we should have been notified after last April when you fired her. That's 8 months of wait to find out that your tax preparers won't be helping you. Review I was…read moreprofoundly disappointed by the work done for me by Crystal Clean who were highly recommended to me. I paid $400 for a deep clean of bathrooms, baseboards and hardwood floors in anticipation of a family visit that included a crawling baby since I'm almost 70 and it's hard for me to do it all myself. I have waxed hardwood floors that cannot be cleaned with water and I use a cleaner made specifically for that purpose. The Crystal Clean crew brings their own supplies and the contract specified that if you had a special need for a type of cleaner other than their usual supplies that you should notify the office to make sure that your need could be met. I called the office before signing the contract and was told to give the workers the cleaner I use and explain the process and they could accommodate me. The workers did a good job on the bathrooms- very thorough, no complaint. One worker spent an inordinate amount of time trying to scrub old sticky poster tac off of a bedroom wall. Not only was that not part of the remit of "bathrooms, baseboards and floors" as contracted, but she actually damaged the wall by scrubbing off the paint! See photo #1. The upstairs hall and downstairs floors are all waxed hardwood. I showed the workers the ample supply of floor cleaning fluid ( six bottles) and the mops I use. They said they understood how to do the job and I left them to it. The downstairs floors weren't completely vacuumed (see # 8) They did not use a sufficient amount of the cleaning fluid as I instructed them and as a result I was left with spots and splotches where they splashed the fluid and essentially dry mopped the floors. The floors were not "deep cleaned" by any stretch of the definition. I sent these photos to the office of the cleaning I had to do (2,3,4) AFTER the floors had been "deep cleaned" and received a reply that I couldn't expect my floors to be cleaned in one visit, and that I should look into hiring a professional floor cleaner! ‍ So disappointed.
