Mr. Hubbs and his Legal Assistant Debbie were always there to provide input and to keep me abreast of my status. It was reassuring to know that Bob & Debbie were dealing with my case, so all I had to worry about was to concentrate on getting better. Bob prepared me for the Administrative Law Judge hearing helping me control my nervousness and apprehensions. Bob was extremely well prepared for the hearing. He knew important aspects of my case that I didn't even know about. Bob and his office provided me with flawless representation and I would without hesitation recommend him.

He asked good questions and walked me through the answers with authority. 3. He was honest and genuine.(even if it meant that the answer wasn't what I wanted to hear. 4. He has that "lawyer " quality that can feel rude at times, can be intimidating, can be annoying, but in the end he is an expert, knows the law and is exactly the way you would imagine the winning attorney would be like. 5. He looked towards the future and suggested I do the same in order to really explore whether moving forward was the right decision to make. 6. My first language is Spanish, so when I found this law firm that offers Spanish-speaking staff I felt more comfortable being able to explain my husband's complicated case. I contacted Grisela who at first was kind and diligent, but as the case progressed she began to treat us rudely for no reason. This mistreatment occurred almost throughout the entire process to the point that it was very difficult for me to communicate with her, I really felt intimidated. But one day she called me and began to behave rudely, my patience ran out and I confronted her and put her in her place and later sent her an email demanding respect and a change of staff in my case. Unfortunately she is the only employee they have there so I couldn't get anyone else but she fully understood my point and stopped being rude from that moment on. This law firm is very good and got us a compensation without ever having to go to court. The only problem here is Grisela , she is a bitch. She doesn't fulfill the purpose for which they have her there. I'm pretty sure that's how she treats all the Hispanic clients and the company doesn't know it.

Not paying an Attorney so they can tell me that I have no valid claim.
