My first language is Spanish, so when I found this law firm that offers Spanish-speaking staff I felt more comfortable being able to explain my husband's complicated case. I contacted Grisela who at first was kind and diligent, but as the case progressed she began to treat us rudely for no reason. This mistreatment occurred almost throughout the entire process to the point that it was very difficult for me to communicate with her, I really felt intimidated. But one day she called me and began to behave rudely, my patience ran out and I confronted her and put her in her place and later sent her an email demanding respect and a change of staff in my case. Unfortunately she is the only employee they have there so I couldn't get anyone else but she fully understood my point and stopped being rude from that moment on.
