First and foremost the customer service was excellent starting at the first hello! I will be honest I was actually going to work with another high rated resume service here in Phoenix AZ. As we all know with the amount of money being spent you want to make sure your getting quality work. My top two choices were another company and Do My Resume. I called the other company first and they lost me at hello! With this being a big deal for me they didn't make me feel comfortable at all about the decision to invest in revamping my resume and LinkedIn profile. Mind you their service cost more then Do My Resume.NET. The customer service was not great. It felt like they took this as something they did every day and give me your info and we will call you back with a dry and bland voice. Something in me said don't go with that particular service because it just didn't feel right. So I decided to go with my second choice Do My Resume.Net. Whew am I glad I did! From hello speaking with Jerome he made me feel so comfortable about taking this big step to upgrade my resume for my career. He's voice was inviting, energetic, up beat, and I felt his smile through the phone! Because of Jerome I decided to start the process which I purchased the package that included a cover letter, resume, thank you letter, reference page and LinkedIn overhaul. My writer Victoria called the next day and when I tell you she really had me at hello! Wow we connected so fast! She was warm, inviting, excited to start, humorous, smart, and fun to work with. We started right away with business but we also laughed and got to know each other as well. Such an amazing group of people. I love my cover letter and resume and now working on my LinkedIn profile and can't wait to see the update! I now feel as though I'm ready to put my resume back out there with confidence! Wish me luck! Thank you all for all of your hard work! Artelia read more

Do My Resume is simply AMAZING!!! Can't brag about them enough. My writer turned my laundry list of things into a cohesive and attractive resume. She really takes the time during the phone interview to get to know YOU as a person which clearly reflects on the resume, which is the whole point of the document! Not to mention a very quick turn around; you would have thought someone spent weeks on it. They truly have a gift! Actually going back to them to have a cover letter and reference sheet done. So stop banging your head against the screen trying to make your own resume, make the investment, and contact Do My Resume immediately; you won't regret your decision. I had researched several different resume writers and I decided to work with Do My Resume. They were a great resource for me because I found I was applying to job positions but not getting enough interviews. I found a position I thought was a good fit for me and asked my writer (Laura) to construct a new resume for me and a cover letter highlighting my strengths related to the job posting. I'm happy to say I did get a call for the first interview, got a call back interview and am now an employee for that company! I highly recommend Do My Resume for their professionalism and their willingness to look at any information you find necessary for your resume and cover letter. read more

I graduated in May and have been applying for jobs non-stop since. I have not even received a call for an interview. I decided it was time to invest in a professional resume writing service. I talked to people from several services and read many online reviews. After speaking to Jerome from Do My Resume.net, I felt that this was the company I wanted to work with. Based on my desired position, Jerome set me up with Lindsay D. We had a 30-minute call so she could learn more about me. Lindsay was very professional and friendly and I felt like she listened and asked the right questions to learn what I was all about. I just received my new resume and cover letter and I am very impressed. I never could have made myself sound so good on my own. I just started applying for jobs today, so I have not received an interview yet, but I have already started getting emails from recruiters from posting my resume on several job sites. I am confident I will be back on here in no time to tell you all about my new job! read more

I recently came off the road as an OTR for the past two years. In that line of work your resume is basically proof that you haven't run over anybody or anything. Simple enough, one would think. However, I decided to settle down and stay put for a while, so came the daunting task of "dusting off the resume". I know that, how you come across on paper is a set in stone first impression, and that there is an art to that kind of presentation. I did a quick google search and selected arbitrarily, Do My Resume, and I'm very satisfied with the results. Their advise and suggestions were very lucid and clear. For example the cover letter draft I posted, was reviewed and the feedback was, "cute and cheeky" are fine for casual conversation but perhaps not what you want to convey in a first impression. SOLID ADVISE! They speak my language! Even the resume clean-up regarding the prioritization of bullet pointed experience and skillsets was invaluable. These documents have truly opened some doors for me. read more

I recently worked with Domyresume.net to create a professional resume to submit to prospective employers. While I have many applicable skills and believe myself to be a very strong and qualified candidate, I decided that a professionally created resume would give me more strength in job candidacy than writing a resume myself. I provided them with the resume that I had previously, as well as information that I felt might be pertinent to creating the perfect resume for me. I received feedback on my resume very quickly and the team was very responsive to the questions that I had. The resume that I got back was absolutely amazing. It was very professional and I felt that I had definitely made the right decision in paying to have my resume professionally completed. This service is very professional and efficient and I will be recommending them to all of my friends who are also recent graduates. read more

My personal experience with DoMyResume.NET was phenomenal. William C, Customer Service Representative, always responded to my emails and my phone calls promptly. He never rushed me, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. William never pushed products on me and he provided such informative & detailed descriptions of services offered that I knew what products were right for me and exactly what I needed to do at every step in the process. Lindsay D, my Professional Resume Writer, took plenty of time to deliver exceptional service. Her attention to detail and her expertise and knowledge base made her the perfect (PRW) for my project. I highly recommend DoMyResume.NET to anyone looking for help with resumes, cover letters, infographic resumes, Linkedln profiles or professional headshot photos for Linkedln. - Kristopher O, Phoenix, AZ read more

I've worked for the same company for over 15 years, but when the owner died, the family decided to sell the company. They sold it to a company that was going to move the entire operation to China. I didn't want to move to China, so I had to look for a new job. Needless to say, my resume was beyond out of date and in desperate need of a total re-write. I didn't even know how to start when someone suggested I 'outsource' it. I found Do My Resume via Google and decided to try them because of the great reviews. They did an absolutely amazing job with my resume. Incredibly, after two resume submissions, I received an excellent job offer. Letting them redo my resume was the best decision I made and I'm 100% sure it made a difference in the speed in which I found this new job. read more

This was my first time using a resume writing service. My resume writer interviewed me over the phone. She gathered information, like my work history and also got to know me as a person. We discussed what my goals were for my Resume. I was very pleasantly surprised at how professional my Resume turned out. The turn around time was quick. Debbie R. was professional and worked with me regarding any additional edits or changes I wanted to make. They also took my professional headshot and created my LinkedIn account for me. Overall, I was greatly impressed and satisfied with this experience. With the ever change job market and how searchable jobs are now automated, I'm confident this will help me find employment quicker. I highly recommend Do My Resume. Thank you! read more

Great communication, polite discussion, suggestions, advice, convincing corrections and the interview in a friendly atmosphere are the factors to be added. My new resume and cover letter will definitely help me with my New Year's resolution to find a better, stable, exciting job with good benefits. Extremely fast and professional service. Final resume draft was top quality, as was the LinkedIn profile update. Would have been a five star rating if I could have met in person with someone. Before paying, I was concerned I would have to drive across town to meet rather than the office close to my house. I was told the resume writer would meet at the closer office if necessary. When I requested to schedule that meeting, I was told it wasn't necessary and everything was to be done via phone calls and emails. I felt this was a bait and switch. Regardless, the end product was fantastic and I would recommend this service. Just be aware that if you prefer face-to-face conversations, this may not be the best choice. read more

Buyer Beware this company is trash after I signed up with this company and decided not to have their service their owner Jerome Caywood threatened me with legal action that could include jail time. Really! they are trash plese stay way from this Man and his company I had to cancel cards and he continues to harass me to this day. I hate that I even had to give them one star. He's still back at it threatening law suits was just messaged by one of his ex employees who was worried because Mr Jerome likes to threaten law suit I wonder has any one else been handled by this company the same way I'm thinking it's time to teach this guy a lesson in box me if you have been harassed by this man . read more

I initially called and spoke with William, after doing more and more research, ultimately deciding to go with Do My Resume, Lindsay was assigned to my case. She knew we were in a deadline for a few job postings, so she made the time and definitely met my expectations on what she asked to capture who I was and what I've done in my career up to that point. The finished product was completed and returned to me exactly when William said they'd have it to me. I am more than satisfied with the cover letters and the resume they supplied. I only had to make a few minor tweaks to my resume to have it exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely do this again if needed! read more

I have to say, Do My Resume saved my neck! I was belly aching about my money problems and how much harder it was getting for me to find work after I was laid off of my last job, which I had been at forever. Here I was an old goose trying to keep up with spring chickens. It had gotten to be a bit much. But my cousin for Arizona started telling me about Do My Resume. I'll admit, on first look, I shrugged it off. But I decided to try their services and thank goodness. They saved my neck. I'm getting more feedback and offers than I had before, and this dark cloud is starting to come off of me. I'm glad, because Do My Resume was fit for my needs. read more

Our experience was poor with this company. The product was not delivered on time. Staff (writer Lindsey and her manager) were very slow in responding, not patient with a speech delay that prevents communication, and I had to pay to get this project redone elsewhere. They are also trying to keep my reviews off of Yelp apparently saying I am not a customer. My bank debit for $259 says otherwise and I will continue to tell my story - this company gets stranger by the minute. Company owner continues to fight this yelp posting... super strange. I will now move to disputing the charge with my credit card company. read more

The price was very competitive for the total services offered and after talking to Jerome over the phone, he put my mind at ease regarding the quality of service I could expect, he new off the top of his head who would be the best writer to work with which was impressive. The writer I worked with was fantastic and paid great detail to what I was telling her, she took genuine effort in understanding my concerns and the end result was a very impressive one. She also knew her way around the industry I was specifically targeting and was positive and receptive towards edits I requested. read more

I needed someone to update my resume due to not doing one in over 13 years. I knew times were changing as to how to update a resume. I found this company on line and liked the fact that it was local. I called and was able to speak to someone versus just sending information in. They explained the different programs to me and then put me in contact with my resume writer. Will set up an appointment to talk and within a few days I had a draft of my resume. I only needed two things changed and within a week everything was done. I highly recommend Do My Resume. read more

I am bery impressed with the staff at Do My Resume.Net. The staff talked to me as a friend and asked what my career aspirations are. The person interviewed me some more to gain a complete understanding of what are my skills, interests , and past employment history. In doing this they wrote a very comprehensive resume for me. This helped get an interview and helped me with my confidence throughout the interview. I am now employed as an executive at this company. Great work and i would recommend there service's. read more

I was amazed with the resume written by Lindsay D. After over an hour on a phone interview I really couldn't believe how much she picked up just from that verbal conversation and was able to incorporate into the resume, with very little revision needed. I was immediately impressed with the professional, descriptive verbiage she used, while implementing keywords most used by company algorithms. I have already referred her to co-workers who may have the need for an excellent resume service. read more
