I'm in the middle of a career change and was having a hard time articulating my achievements in such a way that they'd be more marketable to a variety of companies. Do My Resume was able to translate these into a very professional and well thought out resume. I thought I had a fairly good resume, but I was getting NO responses from the companies I was submitting it to. After they completely re-worked it, I sent it out to 5 companies and got 4 interviews! I ended up getting 2 job offers, and took the one that I knew I would enjoy most. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. Now I have my dream job and their team is responsible for that! THANK YOU!!! read more

Loved my resume amd cover letter. Very friendly and professional while producing an amazing product! Think it was money well spent!

The company was referred to me by a friend. I had my resume completed and just needed it fine tuned. I am very pleased with the finished product. The formatting is up to date and the resume writer took the time to ask me additional questions and worked the info into my current resume. I am actually impressed about myself :) Looking forward to finding a job I will truly enjoy and for many years to come. Thanks again! read more

This is the second time I have hired DoMyResume to assist me with my resume content and layout and the second time I have been completely impressed. The first time came after 12 years in the same industry and I had decided to move in a different career direction. They worked very closely and patiently with me while forming my resume to show off my strengths and achievements. I was interviewed and hired by a new company within a month. Now, I have decided to further my career development within the same company, yet into a different department, and DoMyResume has once again tackled the challenge of updating my resume to highlight my past experiences and have me stand out from the other applying. I was contacted by the Director of the department within a day of applying and have an interview this week. Thanks DoMyResume (Victoria) for doing what you do best and allowing me to focus on what I do best. read more

My brother was looking for a new job and couldn't figure out why he wasn't getting calls back. I asked to have a look at the resume he was using and boy oh boy there was the reason. It was horrible! My brother had no idea how to write a resume so I referred him to do my resume after having a great experience with them in the past. Sure enough, after getting the resume he commissioned he started having much better luck in his job search. Employers started calling him back and paying him attention. Crazy how big a difference a well composed resume makes! I know if I have any resume or cover letter needs, or have any friends that do, I'm definitely going through do my resume in Gilbert. read more

I had a horrible experience with domyresume.NET. I asked over 4 times to speak with a manager or the owner about my experience and try to get a positive resolution. All of my requests were ignored and I was NEVER given the opportunity to speak to a manager or owner. There was no collaborative nature in writing my resume. I met for 15 minutes in the beginning with my writer and we never spoke on the phone again. The first draft I receives had misspellings, grammatical errors, and the wrong city I lived in. Although they eventually had another writer write it, I was never given the opportunity to speak with the other writer and it still did not address my concerns. If you want a NON-COLLABORATIVE experience, where you throw your old resumes over a wall and have a writer throw them back over without any conversation then this is the company to us. Oh and because I will not attest to be 100% satisfied with my resume, they will not deliver on the remainder of the package I paid for; my LinkedIn profile was never updated despite having paid for it. read more

Great experience! Did my homework and spent time in researching a resume writing business. Do My Resume,NET came out on top. Responses were quick and first draft received as promised. Lyn M. was professional, courteous, and fun to work with during the telephone interview. We are still in the revision process so i'm excited to get the end result and start applying for jobs. I feel confident I will be getting calls to set up interview appointments. I like the different packages they offer and all are affordable no matter what package you choose. Service Service Service! Honestly, I have been blown away at the great service they have provided starting with my very first contact. I initially contacted them on a Sunday afternoon expecting to hear back the next business day or so, but to my amazement they contacted me right back (within 15 minutes) to answer my questions. They gave me all the information I needed, and after reading all of their positive reviews I chose them over two other services. I have zero regrets! read more

I had been struggling to update my resume and was referred to this place from a family member. When she first told me it was online and just go to domyresume.net I thought it could be a scam for the price. However it was not at all like that! They scheduled a time to discuss what I wanted, so be prepared to have some background and highlights of yourself. It turned out to be the best money I spent, they are very professional and certified. They know exactly how to make you shine like a diamond! read more

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with my new cover letter and resume. Lindsay is so awesome. This is the best service that I have ever received! Lindsay is so thorough and patient. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and I will forever be grateful to her for doing so. I was so miserable in numerous positions that I've held throughout my life because I was never passionate about any of them. It finally resonated with me that it was time to pursue a career that would make me happy, so that I could stop job hopping all over the place and become something other than a jack of all trades, master of none. I previously had a resume written by resumewritinggroup and it was horrible. I wouldn't even let a preschooler apply to kindergarten with that resume. I finally came across DoMyResume.Net and I will forever be a customer. Thank you #Lifechangers read more

I love this company! My girlfriend referred me to Do My Resume and I was pretty skeptical at first because I am very picky with my working and grammar and how things look. I work at Allstate and don't have a lot of time on my hands to be writing out letters so I went to Do My Resume for my thank you and follow-up cards to send out to customers in our system. I found this company to be reliable and totally worth it. The people who work there are very friendly and super useful with using the right vocabulary and making everything very professional. It was great having someone to turn to as a backup just in case I'm ever in a bind. I will definitely be trying this place out again and seeing what else they have to offer. read more

I found DoMyResume.net on Google and was hesitant to use them without a referral. I reached out because I found that they had a federal resume option, which is specifically what I was looking for. I got almost an immediate response and was connected to my resume counselor, Victoria, less than a day later. I talked with Victoria on the phone for longer than expected - she was inquisitive, helpful, and polite. She asked all of the right questions to get me talking. She completed my resume in about a day and sent me the first draft via email. I was extremely impressed by her work - I could have never done that on my own! She highlighted my skills in a way that I wouldn't have been able to. She listened to my requests and made sure to get all of the information necessary for an excellent resume. We are currently working through the revision process now. This has truly been the easiest process! My federal resume is extremely detailed and is over 5 pages...I would literally have never finished it. My cover letter was also great! I would highly recommend this service! It was worth every penny and a great learning experience! read more

I can not thank them enough! They're very friendly and professional. they're thorough and provide great advice. Did a great job on updating my resume. Victoria was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend their service.

I recently had a resume and cover letter done with "Do My Resume". They were great! I was very apprehensive as I was applying for a part-time position that would have me re-entering the workforce after a 10-year absence. My resume writer, Debbie was phenomenal! She spent about 30-40 minutes on the phone with me asking questions and answering all of mine. I told her I was very nervous about trying to re-enter the workforce after such a long absence. She was so reassuring and encouraging to me! She assured me they work with people in my same situation all the time. The process was so easy and I felt the cost was very fair for the great service. She completed my resume in just a couple of days and was completely open to my input and request for just a few revisions. It was such a positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

It is safe to say that we are not all gifted writers. We all have to accept that not all of us may be good at writing. I have been frustrated for a long time in creating a good resume. I am pretty good in my field and have been highly recommended all through my career but I just can seem to translate my expertise in writing. It has been hard for me to always get the job I want even though I always feel pretty good about my credentials. I came to realize that it was all down to my resume. I got Do MyResume to make me my resume and I have to say I have been getting better feedback each time I apply for a job now. The company made my resume look far more dynamic and professional. I also asked the company to create my LinkedIn account as I think LinkedIn is one of the best avenues to get connections if not employment. I am happy to say that my LinkedIn profile has attracted many and better connections, opening up new opportunities for me as well. I have to admit that I feel confident now each time I apply for a job and I think my development in the job market will continue developing rapidly with Do MyResume by my side. read more

I have been job hunting for a few months without any luck. I decided that it was time to bring in a professional to help makeover my résumé. I also wanted help managing my personal brand and social media presence. I decided to go with the most robust package they had. It included a professionally written LinkedIn profile, headshots with a professional photographer and a bunch of nice extras. The price point was a little steep, but given the quality of what I received I felt like it was more than worth it. This is an investment in your career. Now that I have a great resume and tons of tools to help me on my job hunt I am more confident that I will find a job. I will update this review after I have put the final products to work. If you're on the fence about hiring Do My Resume, please give them a call. They will talk you through the process. They gave me time to think about it without pressuring me to buy, they let me ask tons of questions, and the turnaround time was very fast! I highly recommend this company. read more

Unfortunately, Jerome is showing his true lack of professionalism. I hate being put in a position like this, but here we go. I do have the emails confirming our appointment time. I also have the three follow-up confirmation emails from Jerome clearly indicating that we did have an appointment. Man up Jerome. Its sad that you have chosen to attempt to make me out to be a liar, rather than being an adult about this. A simple apology would have be appropriate. read more

After receiving my revised resume, I'm still amazed! It was worth the time and money.

I just recently updated my resume and reached out to Do My Resume.NET. William was very informative about the process and assigned me a resume writer. Changing careers is intimidating and I was unclear on which direction I wanted to go. I was so pleased with my resume interviewer, Sabe. She was patient and understanding of my needs. She spent time answering questions and brainstorming ideas where my skills would be of value. She did not only do an exceptional job, but she reassured me that I have skills that are marketable outside my previous career. I was also very impressed with how fast I received the first draft. Sabe reassured me that the first draft would be ready in two days. I received the first draft as promised, and it ended up being my last draft. I shared my resume with other professionals looking for additions or edits, and we simply couldn't find anything wrong with it. It was perfect! Thank you to the professional staff at Do My Resume.NET for your services. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family! read more
