The small business is very unique and street parking is available. It all started when I was looking for a printing company that does great on Team T-shirts. Since I knew nothing about printing T-shirts - It originally started when I was looking for a T-Shirt printing company using yelp by sending a request to quote via message. I had contacted several companies and Blue Sky T-Shirt has the fastest response time by far! Since I needed the T-Shirts for a team - in somewhat of rush order I asked if I could come and speak to someone who knew and complete the shirts by a certain deadline. That's when I met Nicole. Nicole and John had asked what my criteria was, what my design specifications were, what brand, material, my expectations and budget. Simply put - Nicole is such a great listener and understands the customers expectations period. I truly believe with her professional service and expertise - Blue Sky T-Shirts, Nicole and John and the rest of the staff should be nominated for the best printing shop company in Vancouver hands down. From the time of contact to the making of the product took 4-5 days! To me the promise and delivery of the product was outstanding! Originally they informally quoted us roughly $27 or so per shirt including custom printing on both sides. When we agreed and got our numbers, it changed to $45 or so per shirt, so we were highly disappointed and decided to only print our logos with no customization. - We specifically requested half the shirts to have front and back logos, and the other half to only have front logos. However, they printed all shirts the same with both logos. They got our order wrong and refused to fix it. - We asked for a partial refund for the printing error so we can compensate our team members who got the wrong shirts. I was trying very hard to work with Paul Peterson, however, his responses were sparse even though I sent him 5 email follow-ups over 1.5 months. I sent the email request to him mid November, and it's currently early January. To date, he's still unresponsive. This company does not value its customers and will disappear if they get an order wrong. Disappointed with their customer service and printing. Despite the errors on their part, they still wanted us to give them a 5 star review, which is probably how they have such high ratings online. I recommend going to a more reputable printing company.

But after receiving my first order I noticed it was a few articles short ($2600 order so assumed was just a mix up) they began to try and explain that they both double count the order and I am wrong.. I had myself and 3 others count the order, we were not wrong. The Print Doctor gave me some free stickers to make up for it... lol I decided to try again to continue business with them making another $2400 order a few weeks later. This time they said a few items were on back order, which I tried to be understanding while reasoning with my clients. When I came to pick up my second order, again it was now 5 items short (again 3 others counted with me). I explained to them this is ridiculous and they again began to tell me that I am wrong and that I am the only person who they have had issues with.
