It seems Sasha, front desk, didn't like my asking and assumed I knew who "Michelle" is aka the owner. Once I learned the owner was who I'm working with and had seen the day before for the consult, I was more than good but then they made up a story about having an emergency (not true) and cancelled my appt a few hrs before I was supposed to go in. Bummer. When I asked to reschedule they were acting off and told me their "system was down." (Not true again.) I suspected I made Sasha uncomfortable by the time I got to her initially after speaking to their call center that claimed they were the front desk but Sasha confirmed they were not. I'm from the east coast so admittedly my tone may have been a bit direct after she said I was meeting with the injector I met with previously. I told her I've never been injected by anyone there before. What she meant is it's with the same woman I met with during my previous consult the day before. Slight miscommunication. No big deal. After feeling off about what I was trying to get clarity on, around credentials of my injector since new to their business, I decided to text the apology below to preempt any possible misunderstanding. I then called after a couple hrs of not hearing back about the new date and they blocked my number which I only knew because it was a busy signal & who gets a busy signal in 2025? So odd. I then get a text below refusing to work with me. This whole experience is so unfortunate. I was actually excited about having the privilege of working with the owner and was going to move all my Botox appts over to them etc. The only thing that makes sense is they've worked with some difficult clients and for some reason I reminded them of someone who might have been a past nightmare client. Have never been treated like this in my life. I started off with a acne/skin consultation with Jane and this facial consisted of a cleanse, exfoliation, facial steam, extractions, light therapy, and other services based on your skin's needs. I had a lot of acne/congestion in my skin so it definitely was a little raw after my first facial, but as I've been a regular, my skin has adapted to and heals much better after the service. Jane's extraction technique is amazing and she spends the time looking at every single pore on your face and extracting which reduces the amount of acne breakouts that I get in between sessions. Jane also gives really helpful advice on what your skin concerns are and provides recommendations (products/lifestyle changes) that can help target those skin conditions. I do not know why he rushed, but I was left with 3rd degree burns and facial nerve trauma. 3rd degree burns, also called full-thickness burns, are the most severe type of all burn injuries. They destroy ALL LAYERS OF THE SKIN and can damage underlying tissues like fat, muscle and bone. When I went back to see Mike, he was very dismissive, and said I had thin skin. Obviously he was trying to cover his negligence. I ended up going to the University Medical Center Burn unit to treat the burns. It has been very traumatizing, and I do not want anyone else to go through this!

I came to Summer because I was tired of my dull, textured skin with acne scars and wanted to look…read moregood for my upcoming honeymoon. It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!
