We just finished a landscaping project recently. I was looking to wash down the debris and possibly…read moreget rid of the tire marks on the driveway. I've been researching power washers for some time now. I thought I was being helpful by using a different nozzle on the garden hose to clean the driveway (those long pole attachment things that acts as a mini power washer) yet I ended up making a huge mess. In 30 minutes. In 107 degree weather. All over the sidewalk running off into the street. What a WASTE of my time. I didn't realize how bad it was until an HOA board member walked by with their dog. Ahhh the look... Time to pull the trigger on that power washer service. I called Santos Surface Solutions yesterday to request service to our driveway, sidewalk & partial street. Joe listened first, explained how he could help then reviewed pricing. He wasn't pushy and salesy. Genuinely wanted to help me do what I was asking for. Joe's prices aligned with other power washing services I've looked into. What I liked best was his knowledge, timing and attention to detail. He's very passionate about the work he does! He arrived the next day. Showed up on time. Not only did he clean the driveway, sidewalk and overflow mess on the street but also inside all those stress lines in our driveway as well - NICE! So much muck in those thin lines! Completed in an hour. 100% WORTH IT! I look forward to having him return to clean our windows soon! With Joe's permission, I created a short video (see photos) hoping it will help him generate new business. I appreciate the drive and motivation in him and highly recommend this locally owned family business!

I feel an obligation to yelp and its users to write an honest review and that is exactly what I did. You earned one more star then you should have solely for the fact this is the lowest rating you can earn and like I said before you earned it!! Hi TJ, You posted this review because I wouldn't give you all of your money back. You tried taking advantage of our 200% guarantee, threatened me several times to report our business on some made up charges, tried extorting me through text messages to give you your money back and when I didn't give in you posted a bad review. I have contacted an attorney about this and he advised me to try and work this out with you first before he gets involved. What would it take for you to remove this review?

We had just purchased a 15-year-old house that looked every day of its 15 years. One of the…read moreprojects we wanted was to redo the kitchen cabinets. They were the light wood grained cabinets you find all over LV. Our first thought was to have them painted white and we got prices on that. Then we met Brain, the owner of Fine Interiors who said he had a process that fills in the grain of the wood and then paint them. He showed us samples and we loved the look. The cabinets now all look brand new. The surface is perfectly smooth and no sign of the old looking wood grain. Brian's team kept every promise, every appointment and were neat, tidy and trustworthy. They took off all of the faces of the cabinets and drawers and brought them back and went to work on the facings of the cabinets. Not an easy process which took two days but once done makes the kitchen look brand new. The job was done as promised, on-time and at the exact quote, they gave us. They do a lot of other work and we will consider them in the future. We dealt with a lot of contractors during this remodel and Brain is at the top of our list.

Steven and his crew did an amazing job on my parent's living-room!…read more I cannot recommend Landin Tile enough. After meeting with three other contractors, Steven's professionalism and empathy shone through all the others. Where other estimators were dismissive and judgmental upon seeing my parents' cluttered living space, Steven was understanding and went the extra mile to make sure all of the clutter was moved out of, and back into, the room. I'm sure to most it looked like a big mess, but after my father became almost entirely bedridden 5+ years ago this space is where they've spent most of their time, and as such the carpet was in dire need of replacement. It took my parents almost an entire year to finally make time for the project, and when I contacted Steven to ask if he remembered us, he immediately did to my great surprise! Not only did he respond to my call on the 4th of July, but he also had the quote to us within an hour and was able to order the materials and schedule us within just a few weeks. We had a rushed timeline since the best time to do the work was when they were taking their first vacation in years. That way my dad's hospital bed could be easily moved around. Steven provided updates on each step of the process and made sure everyone was happy with the flooring even though I live in another state. The room looks beautiful. Thank you again Steven for all the kindness you showed my family.
