My concept for the backsplash was not exactly conventional, but Tile Master Mike was willing to help me figure out how to achieve it. Mike is also a master plumber, and Joe a master electrician, so it's one stop shopping: They take care of everything. The work area was neatly sectioned off with plastic, so no dust got into the rest of my living space. Pro Bros broke all the stereotypes of contractors who don't communicate, don't show up, etc. The lines of communication were always open, they showed up when promised, and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was top notch and the cost fair and reasonable. Brothers Mike, Joe and Charlie, and their entire crew, were all professional, personable, and considerate of my time and space. He created our dream porch, added a garage, master suite, redid multiple bathrooms, and the list goes on and on! Now that we are finished with our renovation, we wanted to let everyone know about our great experience. When other contractors said the project would take close to 6 months or more, Glenn gave us a timeline of 4-5months and would be working solely on our project. This was important to me to find a contractor only focused on my job! That is Glenn! He was right on schedule and we often saw him working at the house on weekends! He was able to obtain permits very quickly and get things done when they needed to be. Glenn included us on every decision and treated our home like It was his own from start to finish. He was very professional and easy to work with and all the subcontractors and my interior designer thought so too! He made himself available late at night and weekends to answer any questions we had. And; even though he is "done" with the house, I am confident when/if any issue arises, he will he right on top of it! He took measurements and a few days later got me updated quotes for a bathroom renovation and some other items. I emailed back asking some follow up questions. This is where my experience turned sour. Ron did not return my email. I waited a week or two and then sent another. I have now left several voicemails for Ron as well (over the span of almost two months time) in addition to follow up emails. I don't know where Can Do All disappeared to, but I do know I have not received the courtesy of a response. If the owner would like to get in touch with me to explain, I'd be happy to amend this review. But I am bewildered at the moment given that I was ready to dump a lot of cash into one or multiple projects, ready to begin, and I haven't received any communication whatsoever. In the least, I would be satisfied to know that now is not a good time and we can re-connect in X number of months once a presumed workload dies down. Ron may do great work. I can't say.
