He provided me with the legal details and repair concerns that I needed, promptly. He even lined up a contractor for me.

We did not have a pleasant experience with the Dwellings team. For starters, we felt as though we…read morewere demoted amongst the team 3 different times. It may not have been the intention of our realtor, but when we feel like low-priority clients, it is not a good start. Especially when our realtor mentioned that she was showing houses to other clients with higher budgets. We understand that realtors are busy right now in the current market, but it is not beneficial to make your clients feel like they are peasants. Our common complaint was that our (main) realtor NEVER listened to us. We would mention things that we liked or wanted, but she would typically just go along with what she preferred anyway. For example, when it came down to accepting an offer on our listed home, we expressed interest in one of the offers. Instead, she wanted us to choose the competing offer because she preferred working with the other listing agent. Huge mistake. We ended up paying for it - literally. This particular offer requested that we pay a daily rent rate. We again expressed to our realtor that we did not like or agree with this arrangement. She told us to move forward with this offer because the buyers offered $5K more. Which in the end, only benefited her. Overall, we partially blame ourselves for continuing to work with the Dwellings team and not dismiss them right from the start. This was a huge learning process for us and lesson learned - we will never work with this team again. This was such a dreadful and stressful process for us to go through, it is not one that we would like to remember. As first time homebuyers, we were hoping to work with a realtor that we could trust and one that would guide us through the process. Unfortunately for us, this was not the case.

I took the 40-Hour Real Estate Salesperson class and it was excellent. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to all of us in the class. I passed the exam on my first try and I owe it all to the him. Tim taught the course and kept us engaged the entire time. There was never a dull moment with Tim. Interacting with him during class was a great experience too because he shared plenty of his own real-life work in the Real Estate business which provided a clearer picture of what to expect in the future. Now, as a licensed agent, I encounter many of the same situations that Tim spoke of and I am grateful for the impact his stories had. I have also taken the continuing education courses online and in the classroom to maintain my requirements. There have never been any issues technologically or in person. I am able to register and pay for the classes online which is convenient. All of the courses I've taken here have been smooth and professional.
