Once we got to the Design Studio for the builder, we realized how ridiculously expensive the flooring options were. I read some posts where people did the floors after they closed and I thought that would be the best bet then we could get exactly what we want and not be limited and probably still save money for a better product. The search began for the type of floor and then the installer. We were initially looking at luxury vinyl plank, which is a nice option and I went to a location and had it all picked out and on the way home, I passed by a tile place and decided to go in and fell in love with these massive 36 x 36 tiles. I won't mention the wholesaler but they could not give recommendations for one particular installer, but they did have a list of preferred vendors. It had 12 vendors on the page which speaks volumes of whoever made that list but I asked him to please hover over his top three and those were the ones that I called to come over to give me an estimate. Very experienced individuals and I appreciate them coming out, but what Santiago had was more than just the experience. The installation recommendations were all about making sure that it was done right the first time, putting the baseboards over the tile and not putting tile up to the baseboards is the best install, and applying a membrane under the tile was a great recommendation Which others did not do and they were still more expensive than him. Very trustworthy and very prompt. He coordinated with the tile company for delivery, started when he said he would start. It ended when he said the work would be completed and cleaned up after. I am detail oriented to the max and the install was perfection. We trusted him enough to give him a key to our house so that they can access and do what they had to do. He's got a great team. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Santiago and Gutierrez, Flooring.

I had…read morereached out to a couple of other stair contractors about redoing our entryway stairs, which are visible from our main living area, but as soon as I spoke with Juan I knew this was the right company for us. He is incredibly thorough, and everyone on his team is a true master of their craft, paying attention to even the smallest details. Juan guided us in selecting the wood and stain that would best match the aesthetics of our home, and the result could not be more perfect. The crew communicated clearly about their schedule, and we felt comfortable enough to provide them with our garage code so they could get started while we weren't home. They were respectful of our space, kept everything clean, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We previously had dated 90's pony walls with window inserts that really dragged down the look of the space. This renovation completely transformed and updated our home, and we could not be happier.

Our staircase is the centerpiece of our home and Stair Care gave our home a complete facelift! We had four bids for the project and Stair Care had the second lowest pricing with a small difference above the lowest bid. Our experience was they are very professional throughout the whole process, the craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional, and all their installers and finishers have pride and integrity in their work quality. Jalissa and Juan, the owners were a true pleasure to work with and makes us want to buy more homes just to have their transformative and beautiful stair systems installed. Juan went above and beyond duty to help us repair a special wooden altar from Italy that cracked in several places due to a change in climate from our move from LA to Vegas. We searched for months to find a way to repair it without success in finding a solution. It dawned on me that perhaps Stair Care could apply their woodworking talents, or recommend a solution. Juan offered to repair it after we explained how much the piece meant to us. That really touched us deeply, though we were slightly skeptical that he could accomplish the task because so many art restorers, cabinet makers and wood craftsman offered little to no solution. Juan and his team did a beautiful job and refused to accept payment. We are forever indebted and Juan's generosity shows what a truly caring person he is personally, beyond his professionalism and personal gifts. I highly recommend Stair Care to everyone!

We found Home Design Construction (HDC) online in early 2026, and after seeing their reviews and…read moreproject photos, we decided to give them a call. From the very first meeting with our project manager, Guy, we knew we were in good hands. HDC remodeled our master bathroom, hall bathroom, and laundry room. The project included new tile flooring throughout, new vanities, recessed lighting, converting our master tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower, and several custom touches like shower niches and a built-in shaving ledge. Before the remodel, these spaces were builder-grade and outdated. Now they feel modern, functional, and beautiful. What impressed us most was the professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. My wife and I both work from home, and we also have a young son, so minimizing disruption was extremely important. HDC put protective flooring down immediately, kept dust under control, communicated daily, and carefully phased the project so we always had a working bathroom. Every contractor and tradesperson who entered our home was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Guy did an outstanding job coordinating everything and keeping us informed every step of the way. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, especially the master bathroom shower transformation. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really show. We even had an unrelated washing machine leak during the project, and HDC stepped up immediately to help us through it, despite it having nothing to do with their work. That level of care says a lot about the company. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, delivers high-quality work, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Home Design Construction. We couldn't be happier with the results.
