My mom's mani cracked within TWO HOURS of our service (we called and they were wonderful about fixing it ASAP). And my pedicure and my grandmother's mani chipped a few days after. You arrive on time at the appointment to a newbie who will be looking after you, plus many excuses that Kim is completely booked! Sad for Kim to loose me, but then again there must have been some good reason I only let Kim work on me and was willing to pay high for her skill. And more and more of my tenants tell me they have left this shop over a $7.00 polish removal tack on not included in any of their services. Who else does that.
