This inspector who also was the owner of the company, failed terribly on his report. Both bathroom drains were plugged and the kitchen faucet was leaking int the craw space and there were three broken windows not two that was reported.The home also had a horrible smell do to smoking, and he said he didn't smell anything. When I questioned him about these obvious problems , he just lied and said that it was not like that when he did the inspection. Turns out most of his comments were inaccurate with the contractor commenting the report was embarrassing for the inspector. They were simple errors but could have been costly in the buying process. The inspector read the meter wrong and stated the house didn't have enough power, I had DTE in to look and they said he was using the model number thinking it was the BTU's instead of the actual BTU. It was non stop addressing each point from this company/guy to find out they were not accurate. My realtor mentioned this guy is known for problems during the inspection process.
