The rental process was perfectly easy. Susan from BTDT called to follow up on the online order. The dumpster was delivered as promised, and placed exactly where I had requested. Our 10 cubic yard dumpster was quite clean and easy to fill thanks to the double doors on one end that allowed me to just walk right in. We filled the whole thing in an afternoon. Thanks to BTDT, a project that we had pushed off for years, was completed in just a few hours. A few hot and sweaty hours, but still. I called to have the dumpster removed, and it did take a couple of days for the company to pick it back up. That was less than ideal. Mostly because I was nervous about rain. Not about the rain ruining anything in the dumpster, but rather about the added water weight all the paper might soak up. It might be nice in the future to include some kind of tarp with the rental, or maybe even an option to include one for a few extra bucks. Still, this was so easy I would gladly recommend BTDT to anyone. I'm not quite so sure how to manage the guilt about throwing away so much stuff that perhaps others might have been able to either use or repurpose.
