A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specify a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

I've made that mistake a couple of times and have had drivers asking for about 25% more than the going rate upon arrival at the destination.
