One section actually ran (slightly) uphill. The drip edge from the roof was not used so the run-off from the roof fell between the facia and the gutter (ie leaked). In addition, after 'completion', the business owner declared that his bid was for gutters only and not downspouts. Along with all that, at the end, he tried to increase the formerly agreed on price.
