In November 2023, I called them, and Anthony (manager and co-owner) came over to assess my lawn. He spent 45 minutes with me going over my needs, but since it was approaching winter, nothing could be done at that point. In particular, Anthony identified a weed that my previous lawn care provider could not treat with their products. Overall, I was very impressed with his professional and courteous demeanor. Absolutely no hard selling whatsoever. Even after the on-site visit, Anthony answered a few follow-up emails from me. In April 2024, I contacted Heroes Lawn Care again, and Anthony remembered our conversation. He was willing to make a second visit to my lawn to review the current situation. A few days later, Anthony sent me a quote for the lawn services I needed that was very competitive. It took me 2.5 weeks to respond back to hire them, but Anthony was still able to honor the quote. I hired them for my lawn care, and slowly, the lawn started to come back from its sorry state. The summer, however, informed me that I need a sprinkler system. I called them for a sprinkler quote, and Anthony sent back a quote shortly. It was notably very competitive compared to other vendors I checked with. The sprinkler system they had is computerized, so you can program the watering schedule, and if connected to your internet, it can check the weather and adjust its water schedule. There was a parts problem with the sprinkler system after installation, and I diplomatically contacted them. They sent their technician to fix the problem without any hassle. In spring/summer 2025, the sprinkler and lawn care have kept my lawn green and the weeds are not sprouting as often. Lastly, I grew tired of using wood mulch, and started to switch to rubber mulch, but I only had so much time and stamina to place mulch myself, so I asked them to give me a quote to finish what I started. The quote was reasonable, and Anthony took the time to explain the costs. The crew came, removed weeds from the areas that needed rubber mulch, placed the mulch, and did clean up work. Our landscaping area is no longer overrun with weeds and looks tidy. I would still highly recommend giving Heroes Lawn Care a call for your lawn care.

We moved into our new home to discover significant yard drainage issues, complicated by the grading…read moreof the properties around us. Several landscape companies are no longer offering yard drainage projects, or are simply inexperienced. During a chance, meeting with a well respected private engineer in our community, Danny's company was recommended to me, as he is one of the most reputable companies in our area, and has several large scale, municipal and residential drainage projects under his belt, as well as a trusting relationship with the town engineers. We needed someone professional to spend a good amount of time, thinking about our issue, and devising a plan to solve in a durable manner. That is exactly what Danny was able to do. He came to our property multiple times, sometimes by himself, and sometimes with colleagues to assess. Eventually, he came up with a plan. As this was a large scale, drainage project, his professional staff linked me to financing options, and this past fall the work was underway. The project was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing. Danny and his crew created an intricate system of underground drainage to not only capture surface water but also water below the surface, allowing the property to dry properly. Immediately the drainage system began functioning correctly, and our property is now dry and usable for our family. This spring Danny and his crew have already been over to the property multiple times to assess its function and to make necessary changes at no cost (and without my request), spending many days labor to ensure everything was working properly. What impresses me most about Danny and his crew is that they treat this company as if they are all invested. The most important thing to Danny was a successful outcome. It appears that he sees his company as a reflection of himself, and his reputation is very important to him. His crew took ownership as well. This was a very high-end project, but I got the impression that Danny would take on any project with the same professionalism, so I will be using him again as I do have other projects at my home in the future, including drainage around my driveway.
