The first time I went I ordered grilled King Prawns with asparagus. I didn't remember ordering ceviche but this dish came out raw, sorry but when you cook shrimp everyone knows it turns pink, the prawns were still grey and basically raw and slimy when I tasted it, yuck! Unless I ask for sashimi or raw please be sure to cook the food properly. I had a horrible stomach ache the very next day. Not only that my friend asked for her steak med rare however they basically gave her rare meat. Last thing I want is a food bourne illness from improperly cooked food. The couple across from us were vocal about their distaste for the food. They had simply ordered a few dishes and midway through asked the server to cancel their entree dish stating the food was awful and the chef should be ashamed to be serving such foods to guests. They got up and walked away..He basically expressed my exact sentiments, the food was horrid with no redempting qualities, they just need to change chefs pronto. Aside from the horrid food, the wait staff were fine. Just please be aware when you dine here!

I tried the club sandwich first and it wasn't amazing--just ok. Though the egg in it was really pretty good. My partner had some meat dish and said it was a bit tough. Then, the second time we ordered Swedish meatballs and the cheeseburger. I swear... you could've bounced both items off the ground like a basket ball they were so hard. You couldn't even cut through the burger! When I told the waiter about the problem he came back saying it was just "well-cooked" and that they "well-cook" everything. Then he asked if I wanted something else, because he wouldn't let me order the burger again! Why couldn't they just re-cook my damn burger patty correctly?! Sure, treat me like i'm an idiot who doesn't know the difference between edible and non-edible food! Lame. Instead of arguing with the old guy about how there's a bit of a difference between "well done" and "rubber" I let it go. After ordering the club sandwich again since I still needed to eat (thinking lets play on the safe side), I sat there for forty minutes watching my sambo try to chew his own rubbery food. Eventually, after waiting a long time, I just made them wrap up my meal for take-away. Not a good experience and not good food! I was really surprised because it's at a Sheraton hotel! What the heck! =P

The menu selection is quite broad, although the set of appetizers didn't have a lot of appeal for our group. There were several things in the main section that I wanted to try. Cost is pricey as one might expect for a steakhouse. Service was mixed. It sometimes took a while to find a person to help and everything didn't come as fast as we'd like, but the actual order was delivered well, and everyone's food was hot and correct. At all times the service was polite and friendly. Food quality was good. Meats were great. Sides were ok. I had the smoked pork belly bites (great, but too little!), and the lamb (very good). My wife had the lobster appetizer (great but a bit big for a starter), and a steak (good). They brought a variety of potato sides (though surprisingly only one was on the menu) which were fine, though the fries were disappointing. Overall, this was a good place I would return to, but not amazing. I wish the menu had been a bit more unusual and lived up to the decor.
