While you will get your fill of food, everything is very salty, they absolutely pour the sauces on, which becomes an indistinguishable (salty) mix, and your options for how to mix the ingredients are somewhat limited. The only 'compliment' to the meat is one soba-type noodle.
Also somewhat concerning is the fact that you are expected to put raw chicken on the same plate you the eat from after it's cooked. Not particularly sanitary.
