We paid him upfront, and experienced nothing but frustration and unprofessional behavior. After receiving my payment, he failed to deliver the service and told me he was double booked and took months to respond to my phone calls and messages. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, he refused to return my money!!! Who does this to people looking to get married???!!!!! His lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
